Iloilo has been described as ground zero for tasteless, outdated, crappy music. Local stations for years have failed to bring new music to our beloved city, thus stagnating the mentality of most Ilonggos when it comes to music appreciation.
With this said, people behind what was Cyber Radio ( a show before on NU 107 Iloilo ) and Aftersyx Records ( a local underground record label ) came up with this little project, AFTERSYX RADIO. Iloilo's first internet radio station.
